Privacy notice
This notice explains what this website collects and what happens to it. It covers the website only, not the separate obligations that arise once the firm is instructed.
What is collected
If you complete the enquiry form, the site collects the name, email address, telephone number, matter type, deadline and outline you enter. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice is stored in your own browser and is never transmitted.
Why, and for how long
Information sent through the form is used only to answer your enquiry and to decide whether the firm can act. It is not used for marketing and is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Enquiries that do not become instructions are deleted once it is clear the firm will not be acting, subject to any retention the firm's professional obligations require.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The enquiry form is delivered by a third party form service, which passes the message to the firm's own inbox. Both providers process data on the firm's instructions.
Your rights
You may ask what information about you the firm holds, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address on the contact page and the request will be answered.
A caution
Please do not send confidential or sensitive documents through this website. Email and web forms are not secure channels. If a matter is sensitive, telephone first and a secure route will be arranged.
These notices are drafted to a standard structure and have not yet been reviewed and adopted by the firm. They should be read, amended and approved before launch, in particular against Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 on electronic transactions and personal data, and against the European General Data Protection Regulation where visitors from the European Union are concerned.
